The Condé Vacuum System is designed to operate bucket milker systems.
These units are complete with pump, motor, vacuum regulator and gauge mounted on a steel tank.
Place the vacuum unit in a clean, dry, convenient area. Run a vacuum line from the 2.0" connection on the tank through the area where cows will be milked. The vacuum line should be 1.5" or larger and be looped. Install a stall cock on this vacuum line at each place a bucket milker will be operating. Many customers milk two cows at each stall cock. Automatic drain valves should be used at all low points or where risers are used on a vacuum line. Use pipe tees with a plug in one opening instead of using elbows in the furthest corners. This allows for better access for cleaning and checking air flow.
After the pulsation line with stall cocks is complete, install the pump exhaust to the outside of the building. Add oil to the reservoir on top of the pump, wire the motor and you are ready to milk. | | More infromation >> |

| | Condé Compressor Units | | Condé Rotary Vane Dry Air compressors are ideal for a range of aeration needs where pond and lake depths range from 5 feet to 20 feet. No other type of compressor can offer the combination of air flow output, horsepower efficientcy, and cost effectiveness at such a wide range of pressures. Remember, each foot of water depth will require approximately 1/2 psi to overcome. So, if your pond depth is 15 feet, you will need a compressor that can attain pressures of at least 7.5 psi (usually it is safe to add another two psi for compressor needs to make up for elbows and pressure loss over the length of tubing). | | Westmoor Diffuser Units and Air Hose | | Westmoor Diffuser units are specially designed to create a column of medium fine bubbles that circulate oxygen depleted water from the bottom of ponds and lakes to the surface, destratifing and naturally absorbing oxygen at the surface. Diffusers are made up of ceramic air stones which are designed to create just the right size bubble, small enough to be most efficient, yet not so small that air stone clogging becomes a problem. Diffusers are built on a manifold that includes an underlaying mat to keep the unit slightly off the bottom and a check valve that prevents water from running back into the air lines if the compressor is turned off. Air stones are easily cleaned by dipping them in muriatic acid and should be cleaned once a year.
